Berea PRIDE
The Berea PRIDE initiative was first conceived by a Berea College student named Hunter. After they graduated from Berea College, they moved away from the community to build up others, but their pride stayed with and inspired us.
Since our first Berea PRIDE festival, held in October 2018, we’ve been providing safe spaces and family friendly events for all of the LGBTQIA+ proud citizens of Berea, Kentucky, Madison County, and surrounding counties.
Today, Berea PRIDE hosts an annual pride event, in Berea, KY, on the first weekend of October. Berea PRIDE is now in it’s 6th year. We are heart-warmed with the outpouring of support and look forward to serving in and for this wonderful community.
